1. During the operation of the cooling fan, it is found that the fan has abnormal noise, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is electrified, the switch is tripped and cannot be started, and it should be stopped immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during operation. After the overhaul is completed, the fan should run for about 5 minutes. After confirming that there is no abnormality, restart the cooling fan.

2. The cooling fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting wet. Protective measures should be taken when storing in the open air. During storage and handling, the cooling fan should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the fan.

3. It can only run when the fan is completely normal. At the same time, the capacity of power supply facilities is sufficient and the voltage is stable. No phase operation is strictly prohibited. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and the temporary line shall not supply power for a long time.

4. The cooling fan should always be kept clean in the operating environment, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, the air inlet and outlet should be free of debris, and the dust and other debris in the fan and pipeline should be removed regularly.

5. According to the environmental conditions of use, the bearings should be supplemented or replaced with grease from time to time to ensure that the cooling fan is well lubricated during operation.
